We have picked this location as it offers all of the dynamics we have for the store and as a training facility to teach the local community on organic farming year round. It is located in an area in need of revitalization and offers additional land so we may expand the farm area. While this location is excellent for our unique business model it wouldn’t work just as a farmers market and grocer as it needs several other very important business components to make it a profitable operation. We hope you help us make the purchase quickly and must raise 1.6 million dollars as soon as possible. As with all of our locations we have alternative choices but feel this location is perfect for our 100% employee owned business model.
